Selecting the appropriate home jurisdiction is very important. Food Establishment users must select the jurisdiction where most of their facilities are located. For additional information regarding food jurisdictions, please visit DIAL.IOWA.GOV then select "Food & Hotels" under "Licenses, Permits, & Registrations." All Food Processing Plant users must select Food Safety. All Social and Charitable Gambling users must select Gambling & Amusement Devices. All Amusement Device users must select DIAL Amusement Device jurisdiction. If you are both a Social and Charitable Gambling and a Food user, you will need to create a separate user account for each activity.
